The foundation of JD KUSTOMS:

 

What started out as a simple hobby sixteen years ago has turned into this local, family owned and operated garage, JD Kustoms. A year ago a need for more space and a more business-like atmosphere influenced the purchase of this Fredrick Street garage. The goal of JD KUSTOMS is to provide fair and reliable services. Co-owners Justin Bittle and Doug Smith want their costumers to feel confident about having their cars repaired done by JD KUSTOMS. 
​The interest in vehicle repair and building began with dirt track racing. Introduced to the sport by an acquaintance, Justin and Doug became more and more interested. Eventually, they began building and racing their own racecars. Together Justin and Doug built the car that currently holds a track record at Trailway Speedway from the ground up. They have also raced in many different categories and won at tracks like Lincoln Speedway and Susquehanna Speedway.
